I received a promo code. How do I apply it to my registration?
If you have not yet registered for ACE 2012, begin your registration; once you reach the “Contact Information” page, enter the code in the “Promo Code” field under the address information.

What is the payment policy?
Payment accepted as follows: Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) or if you would prefer to pay by cheque please have the cheque payable to Achievers Inc. and sent to:

Payment must accompany your registration. Attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received in writing either via email to katie@achievers.com or mailed to:

  • Full refund: Cancellations must be received by 12:00 noon (EST) on Friday, August 1st , 2012.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations received after 12:00 noon (EST) on Friday, August 1st , 2012 and
    before 12:00 noon (EST) on Friday, August 17th, 2012.
  • No refunds will be accommodated after 12:00 noon (EST) on Friday, August 17th, 2012.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you are unable to attend ACE 2012, you may transfer your registration to another individual by sending an email to katie@achievers.com with the new attendee’s name and contact information by Friday, August 31st, 2012. Substitutions will not be granted after this date.
