That’s why your first stop is Achievers Academy. Achievers Academy is a week-long program you complete when you first start. It’s five full days of immersion into our business, philosophy, and culture.
Every single Achiever knows exactly how her work impacts the bottom line. Before you can understand how your role fits in, you need a clear, detailed picture of the company as a whole. At Achievers Academy, you’ll learn the ins and outs of everything that goes on at Achievers, as “professors” from every single department teach courses on what they do, how they do it and why their work is integral to the success of the company.
Your professor may be our IT specialist, or the CEO Razor Suleman himself. Each professor is an open book and welcomes your challenging questions. Our philosophy is that “No one is smarter than everyone.” Whether you’re a graphic designer or a finance manager, you can learn something from your coworkers in the Member Experience department that will contribute to your success. Achievers Academy is an opportunity to get up to speed on what current Achievers already know, and learn from the diverse experience of your fellow Newbies.
