Michael Linstroth

After 25 years in the entertainment industry both in New York and Los Angeles, Michael joined SmileDirectClub where he leads culture and engagement efforts. Passionate about SDC’s internal customers, Michael’s team helps to engage, develop, and grow the Team Members allowing them to do the same for the business. They do this by communicating and strengthening SDC’s internal brand while identifying engagement needs/pain points, and helping bring the necessary programs to fruition for our Team Members.
