Claire started at AXIS 5 years ago and is now the Customer Operations Manager for their International Insurance Division, managing complaints, conduct risk and policy wordings. Claire is now in the final stretch of studies for an MBA during which she studied CSR and as such was keen to join the Diversity & Inclusion Council at AXIS to assist in the delivery of a more inclusive work culture in which people can bring their whole selves to work with confidence.
