Janine White’s Dofasco career has involved all aspects of HR – from Employee Assistance and Employee Relations, to being a front line HR Business Partner, to developing and implementing workforce planning and performance management programs across multiple disciplines and departments. In addition to developing, implementing and sustaining organization-wide succession management processes and plans for all leadership positions, Janine’s current role in Talent Integration also focuses on understanding what motivates their employees. In this pursuit, Janine not only led the charge on designing and implementing a world-class recognition program, Thanks a TON, for Dofasco’s 5500 predominantly off-line employees in 2012, but she also supports the development and launch of programs for many of ArcelorMittal sister sites.
Passionate and optimistic, Janine believes that if you create the circumstances for people to do their best, they will. These attributes carry over to her personal life, where Janine is a dedicated mom of five and a running enthusiast.
