Lisa Nations is a Senior Manager in Customer Service and Engagement at Discover. She started her career at Discover in 1990 and has spent the majority of her time in Training and Development where she was a New Employee Training Specialist, Project Manager, Professional Development Trainer and Training Manager. For the last three years, she has been a Department Manager where she has the opportunity to lead and support a staff of 12 people leaders and over 100 entry-level employees.
She has the opportunity to use recognition programs including Bravo, to challenge, motivate and recognize her team for engagement and improved performance. In an effort to create an engaging and rewarding environment for all employees, Lisa leads a Culture Committee within Customer Service and Engagement which focuses on employee wellness, recognition and various engagement initiatives.
