Coming from 15 years of Retail Electronic experience, I sought an opportunity to explore the Automotive Industry and joined H&H in 2016. Through my inquisitive mindset and visionary focus, my role of Customer Experience Manager was established and is one that most don’t see within other Automotive Groups. Earning this position has landed me a spot on our Human Resources team and it’s my focus and vision to teach, coach and train around our Best In Class principles so that we continue to stay ahead of the curve and adapt to the constant changes that happen around us so that we can deliver an experience like none other and change the way consumers think about the car buying experience.
