    If someone on your team is actively undermining other employees you need to know about that ASAP and take action! It’s one thing to have someone come in, do their job, and punch out with little extra effort. But at least those people are doing their jobs and not stopping others from doing theirs! One bad apple can ruin the whole bunch.
