  1. Absolutely agree that feedback has a bad wrap… we need to view feedback as a tool to recognize OR redirect! When given correctly it is an incredibly powerful tool to help folks know what they’re doing well and what they could do more of or do differently. Employees truly want to be successful, it’s up to the leaders to help them get there… feedback is a gift.
