Caitlin Nobes started her career in journalism and is still passionate about bringing the right information to the right people at the right time. As Head of Workforce Research, Caitlin oversees Achievers Workforce Institute’s primary research program, investigating changing expectations and challenges to bring actionable best practices to HR and business leaders.
Caitlin has a BA in Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in journalism and has spent the last decade of her career researching and writing for HR professionals. She grew up in New Zealand but has lived in Toronto since 2011.
Merlyn Sequeira’s experience in Total Rewards spans over 25 years in India, the Middle East, and Canada, and more recently she leads Total Rewards for Samsung Canada. As part of this role, she oversees compensation, benefits, savings, recognition, and payroll. She works to surprise and delight her customers. On a personal front, she likes browsing travel deals and converting some of them into really incredible vacations.
