Recognition Reimagined: How to Build Belonging Across Cultures
Wed, 27 Aug

In this session, Julie Lin, Head of Learning & Development at Moxa, and Emma Harvie, Advisor at Achievers Workforce Institute, will share how Moxa built a culturally attuned recognition and reward strategy — starting in Taiwan and scaling globally — that led to a tenfold increase in recognition and multiple ‘Best Workplace’ accolades.
