Achievers and ATB Financial have been working together for years to drive employee engagement and build a culture of recognition, and the results speak for themselves. Frequently named one of the best places to work in Canada by Great Place to Work Canada®, ATB’s team members live and breathe the organization’s commitment to being a great place to work that aims to do well by doing good.

Within the first year of our partnership, ATB saw substantial adoption and recognition usage by its team members with more than 90,000 team member recognition moments. This level of recognition activity resulted in creating an enduring culture of recognition, which has had a significant impact on team member engagement. Shortly after implementing the Achievers team member engagement platform, ATB saw its overall engagement scores increase by 13% to 81%. Over the years, that number has only climbed further to 91%.

In recent years, the team at ATB took engagement to the next level, expanding their recognition program to include feedback. ATB uses Achievers’ feedback tool to capture the voice of their team members. Being able to control the process from end to end, the ATB team is able to access results and data in real time to gain actionable insights into team sentiments.

According to ATB Financial Recognition and Rewards Lead, Kelsey Schneider, “Achievers has impacted engagement at ATB by giving our team members a platform to share their voice and seek and share feedback amongst each other, to come together as one ATB in a visual way.”

Together, we continue to ‘bust silos and build networks’ across the organization, meeting team members where they are.
