Super Retail Group (SRG) is a global company with four retail brands in operating Australia and New Zealand, employing more than 13,000 employees. Owner of brands like Macpac, Supercheap Auto, Rebel and BCF, SRG engaged Achievers to build an engaged and motivated workforce through employee recognition.

Within a year of the program launch, the company’s annual report stated that the investment in employee recognition resulted in a 21% increase in average transaction checkout values at their stores.
