Teresa has been with Zurich Insurance since 2013. Her career began with Allstate where she spent over 20 years in progressive leadership roles. She also worked in consulting and higher education. She has a track record of success leading growth and turnaround initiatives, facilitating business rationalization and divestitures, and driving improved revenue, profit and market performance.
