Who we are
David brings more than 25 years of financial, operations, and human resource experience to his role as chief financial officer at Achievers. He has held senior management positions at large financial and technology organizations such as Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and Bank of Montreal, as well as high-growth companies like PixStream Incorporated (acquired by Cisco Systems). David graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Greg Brown has spent the last 15 years leading field operations for high-growth SaaS companies. As Chief Revenue Officer at Achievers, he is responsible for customer facing functions on a global basis, including sales, account management, business development, alliances, and professional services. Prior to Achievers, Greg served as Chief Revenue Officer for Extole and SVP of Sales and Services for Mindjet and Pivotlink. From 1999–2007, he held multiple leadership roles at WebEx, including leading field operations for the EMEA region. During his tenure at WebEx, the company grew from $3 million in revenue to over $400 million, culminating in an acquisition by Cisco Systems. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
With more than 30 years of deep marketing experience, Gary is responsible for all aspects of marketing for Achievers including corporate positioning, demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, and brand awareness. Prior to joining Achievers, Gary served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer at RedPrairie, a global SaaS supply chain and retail technology provider. He was also executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Progress Software, a $500 million enterprise software company, where he was responsible for all product, industry, and corporate marketing. Gary has also served as senior vice president of marketing at Nextel and group vice president of marketing for PeopleSoft. Gary earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication and management from Syracuse University.
As Achievers’ chief legal executive, Lisa Haugh is responsible for the company's legal affairs including commercial contracts, intellectual property matters, and compliance. Prior to joining Achievers, Lisa served as general counsel at Extole, a social media marketing company, and at Intraware, a SaaS company that provided digital file delivery and entitlement management. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. Lisa is a member of the State Bar Association of California.
Paul Pedrazzi has more than a decade of leadership experience in the enterprise software industry, most recently leading the product strategy for the Taleo Performance Suite. Over the course of his career, he has managed teams responsible for new product development, social software strategy, technology product management, divisional product marketing, and company-wide corporate marketing for companies such as Oracle, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. Prior to joining Achievers, he spent several years in the finance and Internet consulting and co-founded a children's lunchbox company, for which he won a 2010 IDEA Award. Paul holds a degree from UC Davis in managerial economics.
Aris Zakinthinos was named a Top 25 CTO by InfoWorld and was a 2011 finalist for Information Technology Department of the Year by the American Business Awards. He specializes in building high-performing, scalable development organizations. He has a passion for technology and was a teacher before entering the corporate world. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and has completed post-doctoral work at Cambridge University.
Eric Allen as Managing Director of the company’s operations in EMEA, brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, consultative sales and executive management, including developing and managing teams and the related infrastructure roles required for international expansion. Prior to Achievers Allen served an eight-year career with Emptoris, Inc., an IBM company that develops strategic supply, corporate spend and contract management solutions. At Emptoris, he built its EMEA operation from a start-up operation to a multinational business with clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and grew sales that accounted for more than one-third of the company’s revenue. Allen also worked for eight years in increasingly responsible roles with Amdocs Management limited. In his last position, he was vice president of sales for EMEA, responsible for CRM and other business and operating system solutions. He earned a civil engineering degree with honors from the United Kingdom’s University of Southampton.
Rhonda Bosch is the vice president of operations at Achievers, leading the member experience, operations, and scalability teams. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, operational efficiencies, and internal software management. Rhonda has extensive experience in call center operations, management consulting, project management, and developing business process enhancements to drive organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Achievers, she owned her own consulting business (311 Centre) where she was instrumental in implementing centers of service excellence within numerous Ontario municipalities. Before that, Rhonda held progressive positions at Group Telecom, Tucows, and Royal Bank. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Queen’s University.
Rob Catalano is a Certified Recognition Professional who has worked in human capital management for 10 years. Rob has been cited in several media outlets such as the Business News Network, The Globe and Mail, and the New York Times. He has consulted several top employers in North America on implementing and maintaining and sustaining engagement strategies and rewards and recognition programs. Rob went to Ryerson University where he studied business with focus on marketing and information technology.
Peter Daly firmly believes he has found his dream job at Achievers: building world-class solutions with a dynamite development team. He is passionate about creating high-performance, high-quality, and high-reliability enterprise-scale applications. Prior to joining Achievers, Peter applied his skills (and learned valuable lessons) as an executive in health, financial services, and telecommunications companies such as Emergis, ADC, Saville Systems, and Telus Health and Financial Solutions. He believes that great technology is made possible by great people.
Cheryl Kerrigan holds the position of Vice President, Employee Success at Achievers where she is responsible for our overall people strategy, which focuses on attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent. Cheryl brings more than 15 years experience in Human Resources; prior to Achievers, she held an HR Leader position at Eloqua. While at Eloqua, she was responsible for building out the HR function and strategy and attracting and developing the talent to grow the business from 10 million to over 100 million in revenue. Cheryl earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Guelph and a post graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Seneca College.
David Laszewski has over 13 years of sales and sales leadership experience within SaaS companies that have had successful IPOs and acquisitions. David spent two of his seven years at WebEx in a leadership role growing the business throughout Asia Pacific. His motto is “a problem well-defined is a problem half solved.” He is a University of Arizona graduate, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish.
An expert in Software-as-a-Service and equivalent go-to-market (GTM) strategies, Brogan Taylor is experienced in building organizations that drive brands and market share. A WebEx veteran, Brogan led their "World Wide Sales Team of the Year" in Silicon Valley before moving to Florida, where he built the company's 14-state U.S. South area from the ground up. He also served as the vice president of enterprise sales at HCM provider PeopleMatter, where he built the company's up-market sales team and strategy to drive 56 percent of the company's annual contract value within the top 5 percent of addressable market. Brogan attended the University of Florida where he double-majored in marketing and finance, while minoring in economics with a focus on international trade economics.
Holly Tiessen is the vice president of client success at Achievers, where she oversees the Implementation and Client Success teams. Holly works with clients and prospective customers to create Employee Success strategies and drive business results. In her time at Achievers, Holly has overseen more than 100 program launches. Under her leadership, her team consistently delivers high year-over-year growth with an average rate of 52 percent over the past three years. Prior to joining Achievers, Holly spent 14 years in client leadership roles at IBM. As a certified Recognition and Engagement Professional, Holly is a regular speaker at HRCI, HCI, and HRPA events, and is a board member on the HR.com R&R Committee. She earned her MBA at McMaster University.
Dwayne Walker is the vice president of finance at Achievers and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001. He has previously held management positions with KPMG, Excapsa Software (part of the management team listing Excapsa on the AIM Exchange in 2006), and Sigma Systems. He loves the thrill, excitement, and dedication it requires to take a dynamic, growth company to the next level. He is a proud alumnus of Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating with his Honors BBA in 2000.

Craig Conway has enjoyed one of the most distinguished and successful careers in the technology industry. He has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Managers by BusinessWeek, one of the Ten Most Influential People in High Technology by Computer Business Review, and one of the Fifty Most Powerful People in Networking by NetworkWorld.
As president and chief executive officer, Craig has led several technology companies to success, including most recently, PeopleSoft. Under his leadership, PeopleSoft became the second largest provider of enterprise business software with more than 12,000 customers in 150 countries. PeopleSoft was eventually sold for $10.3 billion, which is $7 billion more than the value of the company when Conway took over as CEO.
Craig has also served as president and CEO of TGV Software and One Touch Systems. He has also held executive management positions at a variety of leading technology companies including executive vice president at Oracle. Craig is a graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport where he received degrees in mathematics and computer science.
Razor Suleman is a serial entrepreneur who started his first business at 15. He has won dozens of awards for his work at Achievers, including Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, BDC’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and a Human Capital Leadership Award from HR Magazine. Under his leadership, Achievers was recognized as a top employer and fastest growing company in North America. Razor graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University’s School of Business and MIT’s Entrepreneurial Masters Program.
At Sequoia, Alfred Lin focuses on consumer Internet, enterprise, and mobile companies. Before that, he was COO and CFO at Zappos.com and was a co-founder of Venture Frogs. TechCrunch has claimed that Alfred has the “Midas touch” due to his consistent success. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Harvard University and a master’s in statistics from Stanford University.
John Albright is a Chartered Financial Analyst with a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. In 1996, he founded JLA Ventures, an investor in early-stage digital media and SaaS companies, where he raised $315 million from a diverse group of institutional investors. John currently serves as a director of QuickPlay Media, Nexage, Viewdle, Padopolis, Digby, ClearFit, and Blue Ant Media. He also serves as a director of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) and is an advisory board member of the North American Venture Capital Association. John previously served on the board of Fun Technology (IPO 2003, acquired by Liberty Media 2006), Q9 Networks (IPO 2004, acquired by Abry 2008), Descartes (IPO 1997), Triple G (IPO 2001, acquired by General Electric 2003), Bioscrypt (IPO 2002), and Sirit (IPO 1998, acquired by Federal Signal 2010).
PV Kannan is currently the co-founder and chief executive officer of 7. In 1995, PV Kannan founded his first company, Business Evolution, which was acquired by Kana Software in 1999. In 2000, he co-founded 7. Under PV's leadership, 7 has become the leader in intuitive customer service software and services. He has been featured in various publications as a thought leader in the field of global customer service, including Tom Friedman’s books That Used to Be Us and The World Is Flat. He is a regular speaker at industry events including the Forbes Conference and the Academy of Management Annual Meeting.
Tim Wright has over 20 years of experience in various technology industries and has overseen 39 mergers and acquisitions in his operating career. He is the former CTO of Lycos Inc. and the former VP of research and development at The Learning Company, where he led the design of multiple software titles. He received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from City University in London.
