Formerly vice president of product strategy for Oracle, Pedrazzi will be responsible for driving overall strategy and design for the Achievers platform, the industry’s most powerful solution for engaging and aligning employees.
Pedrazzi has more than a decade of leadership experience in the enterprise software industry, most recently leading the product strategy and design functions for the Taleo performance product suite. Other roles have included vice president of strategy and innovation at Oracle and director of enterprise portal strategy at PeopleSoft, where he first worked with Achievers CEO Patrick D. Quirk.
