Achievers appoints Rachel Jenkins as new Head of EMEA Marketing to support accelerated growth in Europe

Employee recognition and engagement specialist adds experienced HR tech marketing professional to drive European expansion

July 28th 2020Achievers, the progressive choice for employee voice and recognition solutions that accelerates a culture of performance, today announced that it has appointed Rachel Jenkins (nee Dobney) as Head of EMEA Marketing to support the company’s accelerated global growth.

Jenkins previously spent close to 9 years at Workday where she held various senior marketing roles to help scale the business across Europe. During her time at Workday, Jenkins was responsible for establishing the marketing function from scratch, leading the UK team, and launching Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) into Europe. Jenkins also directed the launch of other strategic products, including Workday Payroll for the UK and Workday Financial Management into the European markets as well as turning on marketing for the mid enterprise segment.

Jenkins joins Achievers as the company scales rapidly across the globe. She will be responsible for building a team across Europe to strengthen Achievers’ global expansion and growth. Jenkins has extensive experience in working with fast growing companies and organisations, helping to build demand for new market entrants.

Jenkins’ appointment builds upon an already strong European presence established by Achievers over the past few years, with major account wins and successful implementations across a range of vertical sectors and European markets.
