Product Updates and Creation of Workforce Science Research Unit Enhance Overall Employee Experience

During her ACE keynote, Chief Workforce Scientist Dr. Natalie Baumgartner launched the Workforce Institute from Achievers. Through the initiative, Achievers will source, curate, conduct and translate workforce science into simple, accessible content available to the public through research-driven Institute studies and insight papers.

- Achievers Action Builder: Available on the active-listening solution Achievers Listen, Action Builder seamlessly guides managers through a short and simple process to identify engagement issues and solutions. It provides managers coaching on how to effectively listen to their teams and address these specific needs in real-time. The tool is considered the manager’s engagement action assistant―delivering a play-by-play, sustainable process to identify engagement hotspots, host Listening Sessions and set bite-sized next steps.
