Achievers Unveils Workforce Institute and New Employee Engagement Capabilities at ACE 2018 Conference

Product Updates and Creation of Workforce Science Research Unit Enhance Overall Employee Experience

SAN FRANCISCO and TORONTO, Oct. 23, 2018 Achievers, an industry-leading provider of employee recognition and engagement solutions, today announced during at its annual user conference, Achievers Customer Experience (ACE), a new research initiative called the Workforce Institute from Achievers and new features in the Achievers Employee Engagement Platform.

During her ACE keynote, Chief Workforce Scientist Dr. Natalie Baumgartner launched the Workforce Institute from Achievers. Through the initiative, Achievers will source, curate, conduct and translate workforce science into simple, accessible content available to the public through research-driven Institute studies and insight papers.

Egan Cheung, vice president of product for Achievers, kicked off his keynote by announcing an array of new tools in the Achievers solution suite, which combines employee recognition and rewards solution Achievers Recognize and active listening interface Achievers Listen:

  • Achievers for Microsoft Outlook: The Outlook plug-in for Achievers Recognize, the employee recognition and rewards solution, makes it even easier for employees to recognize each other. Users can now read an email and recognize the sender or other recipients right away, without leaving Outlook.
  • Achievers Benchmark Index: The newest addition to Achievers fast-growing suite of analytics, Achievers Benchmark Index lets users gauge how well their employee engagement program performs relative to other companies, making it even easier to spot trends, corporate strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  • Achievers Action Builder: Available on the active-listening solution Achievers Listen, Action Builder seamlessly guides managers through a short and simple process to identify engagement issues and solutions. It provides managers coaching on how to effectively listen to their teams and address these specific needs in real-time. The tool is considered the manager’s engagement action assistant delivering a play-by-play, sustainable process to identify engagement hotspots, host Listening Sessions and set bite-sized next steps.
