Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Larry is responsible for leading the Achievers finance organization and all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury. His focus is on growth acceleration, operational efficiency, and creating high-functioning finance teams and systems.
Larry has over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of finance leadership roles with global technology companies including Symantec and NetApp. He was most recently CFO at [24]7.ai, an enterprise customer experience SaaS company.
He believes strongly in the critical link between culture and organizational success and is thrilled to contribute to the mission of fostering exceptional cultures through employee engagement, recognition, and rewards.
Chief Marketing Officer
As the chief marketing officer at Achievers, Chris is responsible for leveraging insights to build awareness, preference, and demand for the Achievers platform. Joining Achievers in early 2022, Chris brings over 25 years of experience leading global teams at companies such as Intuit and Hewlett Packard in sales, operations, customer support, customer success, and marketing. He has a passion for growing and developing people and businesses. This passion led him to Achievers, combining the opportunity to market and grow the Achievers’ Employee Experience Platform™ with its mission “to change the way the world works.”
Chris is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and has developed his own coaching practice, Lightstation Coaching. As both a coach and business leader, he champions developing people, empowering diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB), promoting physical and mental wellness, and fostering a culture of innovation. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Bishop’s University.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer at Achievers, Beth is responsible for empowering the company’s global sales teams to elevate client engagement, cultivate business growth, and drive success through powerful solutions that change the way the world works. Throughout her 25 years of strategic leadership in sales, marketing, and client success, Beth discovered her passion for technology and people. She joined Achievers in 2023, realizing the company offered her the opportunity to tap into both passions by challenging her to solve complex business and human capital challenges with Achievers’ all-in-one Employee Experience Platform™.
Before joining Achievers, Beth served as Chief Revenue Officer at Experlogix, a company that provides world class CPQ, Document Automation and Digital Commerce technology to the global market. Prior, Beth led sales and marketing at Inspire Software, a SaaS startup that empowers leaders to emerge at all levels of an organization. Earlier in her career, Beth spent six years leading the global sales organization at O.C. Tanner through a robust transformation that continues to generate strong growth for the company from those initiatives.
Throughout her career, Beth has demonstrated creativity, vision, and collaboration in optimizing sales force effectiveness, maximizing revenue growth, creating happy clients, revitalizing sales teams, and forging strategic alliances. She has received praise for her work as an impactful, mission-focused sales leader throughout her career, ranking as one of Utah Business Magazine’s 30 Women to Watch in 2017.
AWI Advisor
Krystal Hindle is a passionate people-first leader focused on delivering best-in-class experiences for the customers she supports and the teams she leads. As Achievers Director of Customer Success, Krystal relies on 15+ years in tier 1 industries to lead a team of customer success professionals dedicated to changing the way the world works through a focus on workplace science, smart technology and trusted advice.
As an AWI Advisor, Krystal consults with and supports customers in fostering a culture of belonging by building employee experiences where employees feel Welcomed, Known, Included, Supported and Connected.
Kristy Jones is a dedicated and collaborative HR professional with a track record of achieving business priorities via people engagement, employee relations, and centre of excellence initiatives.
As Senior Director of Employee Success at Achievers, Kristy leads a global team focusing on the employee experience.
Kristy’s previous role she was leading HR for the Commercial functions of Philip Morris International (Canada), she was responsible for the development and deployment of the HR commercial strategy. Kristy and her team drove the transformation to become a consumer-centric organization by ensuring that employees were willing and able to operate in new ways with consumers at the core. They also delivered a new employee experience, improving how support was provided via HR (e.g., via new onboarding programs, inclusion, equity and diversity initiatives, and improved talent and performance management).
Kristy’s previous role was leading HR for BIC Inc. (Canada), where she spent 7 years as part of the senior management team. Prior to BIC Inc., she gained extensive experience in TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics), MARS Canada, and other manufacturing and distribution industries.
Kristy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in HR Management from Ryerson University, as well as the CHRL (Certified Human resources Leader) and sHRBP (Strategic HR Business partner) certifications.
Emily Pearce is the Director of Global Customer Care at Achievers and a woman known for her passion in leading large teams.
A practitioner-scholar at heart, Emily loves to utilize the skills she learned in her Master of Arts, Leadership to guide others through transformation using authenticity, empathy, and humour.
Though her research focused on mentorship, Emily continues to explore the various types of learning partnerships and the role they play in career development, especially for those new to the corporate world.

Caitlin started her career in journalism and is still passionate about bringing the right information to the right people at the right time. As content manager and data analyst, Caitlin oversees Achievers Workforce Institute’s primary research program, investigating the latest workforce trends to bring actionable best practices to HR and business leaders.
Caitlin has a BA in Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in journalism and has spent the last decade of her career specializing in HR content and data. She grew up in New Zealand but has lived in Toronto since 2011.

AWI Chief Workforce Scientist
Natalie has spent her career advising companies of all sizes, from entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 500 firms, on issues related to company culture. Specifically tackling key hire assessment and portfolio due diligence issues, she’s found success analyzing what most overlook - the human element. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specific focus on assessment and additional training in strength-based psychology. Natalie serves on the board of the Consulting Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association. She is a popular speaker on culture and recently did a TEDx talk on the importance of culture fit. Natalie is a culture evangelist and is passionate about the power that culture fit has to revolutionize how we work. As an avid Boot Camp aficionado, if you can’t find Natalie in the office odds are good you’ll bump into her sprinting up mountains in her hometown of Denver, CO.
