Flexible work schedules and a relaxed dress code are convenient and cost-effective solutions for both small and large companies. Freebie Fridays also sound appealing, as long as you can afford a budget for such activities. Showing that you care for your employees’ well-being and doing something about it, are the key to commitment and motivation.
