Leading Connected Teams and Driving Sustainable Performance Through Change
Just 22% of employees believe they have access to the growth opportunities, resources, and tools required to perform at their best. This lack of enablement is symptomatic of a larger issue: managers are not consistently creating the conditions for success. Leadership gaps in recognition, communication, and development are compounding the disengagement problem.
Join Achievers’ Bianca West and leaders from Organic Valley and Bayhealth for a conversation on how very different organizations are breaking down silos and strengthening collaboration across employees, managers, and leaders while building cultures that support both people and performance. Through real-world examples, they’ll share how they are improving transparency, empowering managers, and creating workplaces where teams stay engaged, accountable, and motivated to do their best work.
