  1. Unfortunately, effective training is a concept not all companies are aware of. It is vital to have a clear idea and adapt the learning plan according to the employees’ preferences. Otherwise, the resources used for these training sessions are worthless.

  2. My sister owns a small business and is wanting to start an employee perks program to encourage training. Thanks for the advice about asking employees how they learn best. I’ll have to make sure that my sister knows this so that she can get all her employees fully trained.
