  1. Great post! I especially like #2 and 3. A couple people at our office have standing desks and they swear by them. We also start some of our company-wide meeting with some jumping jacks to get the blood flowing 🙂

  3. #3 is good. I have focused on healthy habits and it is possible to learn how to avoid the flu season but it does take dedication to healthy habits. As this article points out, the general habits of junk food around the office do not strengthen the immune system.
