  1. Coralie, I like that you said companies that give importance to their employees’ well-being will enhance their organizational culture and optimize their marketplace potential. I’ve been scouting for work for a few weeks now, and I don’t want to end up working for a company that does not care about the well-being of their employees. Hopefully, I’ll get to work in a company that does emotional resilience corporate seminars to help boost their employees’ morale. Thanks for this!
