  1. Good tips, but as a former HR, I would add the point of trainings that teach you to check the authenticity of resumes and motivational letters. Cause in my practice I have a lot of people who wanted to express me by resumes written with the help of different services as – they were compiled very professionally, but during the interview it was clear that the person exaggerated his importance.
