  1. Staying self-aware and also aware of others in the workplace is important in making all employees feel comfortable at work. All too often when we receive a problematic email or are in the middle of a tense encounter, we want to respond right away and set the record straight. However, controlling impulses and staying aware of how your response to things makes others feel can avoid conflict in the workplace and keep the peace. I also like how the steps for a better response were included in this blog so an alternate action can be applied.
